It was first opened in 1952, the Queen's Coronation year, by June Sparnon. The original location was on Anzac Highway, but it has moved several times.
Tim took over the practice in 1989 when June retired. It was then located in Elizabeth St, behind the Pier Hotel (Grand). After several moves we're really enjoying the new location at 13 Nile St. With the move to Nile St we decided on a new name, Performance Podiatry. We chose this name because we wanted a name that encapsulates what we do, that is help everyone's feet perform at their best.
Whether it be running a marathon, travelling the world or doing the weekly shopping we want your feet to function at their best.
Our Podiatrists include Tim Abrahams (of course), Richard Ray-Zwar, Kristin Graham (Tim's partner) and Danielle Champion. With over 60 years combined experience you can be sure we know feet.
